Hey DaKor.

Just thought I'd stop by the forums and say 'hi'. You guys look like one of the top endgame raid guilds out there, so I thought I'd introduce myself and howdy.

I know I'm not at the application level yet (I just hit 40), but a quick introduction never hurts.

I'm a NE Warrior, and when I'm not on WoW, I do some BF2. Years ago, I used to be heavy into Ultima Online.

People never get it when IF is so laggy that I'm standing at the place where a vendor is supposed to show up and I say "Vendor buy the bank guards" while I stand there waiting. WTF!

Ironforge is definately the 'new' Britania. I wonder how the multiple auction houses will affect that feeling. Sure it will improve the lag, but I wonder how it will affect the 'player parade'.

In UO players could interact with NPC's simply by saying something 'out loud' or in the /s channel. The game would parse the text searching for keywords.

So everyone had a macro written that would summon the guards if you were being attacked, open the trade window with the vendor, open your bankbox, etc...

Vendor buy the bank guards
was the ultimate 'all in one' command. Tre old school :cool:
