Warlock Talent Spec

Im currently 21-30-0, and it is ok, but Im looking for a spec to most benefit a raid. Before I respecced, I was 0-30-21 MD/Ruin, and liked the dps. Being as I am new to raiding with my lock, I thought Id get some opinions.

Soul Link and some points into Improved Searing Pain would be the best bet.

You can mix around the destruction stuff as you prefer though. Just keep in mind that you need to keep aggro.
