Pretty cool tool that now supports FFXI.

It has a number of features including:
Scripts for multiple commands including.. yes, you guessed it, fishing!!
Mp3 support for Winamp. You need version 2.8 of winamp but it allows you to change music within the game.
Macros, etc.
Btw, using the application is a bannable offence or so I've read. Fortunately, everything happens client side and there doesnt appear to be a way for them to detect you are using it. But keep it in mind! Oh and its $20 a year for the service.
