I don't understand how people think a velociraptor could kill a grizzly, most of the information I can find lists the raptor's weight at about 7-15 kg and even on Wikipedia at 20 kg. Wikipedia lists the weight of a grizzly at 180-680 kg, where even on the low end of the scale, thats still 9 times the weight of the raptor at the high end. You people are crazy.

Have you ever heard of the grizzly man? If he still had a head hed tell you that grizzlies are very aggressive unlike brown or black bears. Also we recently lost a potential olympic cross country skier to a grizzly attack and she was minding her business skiing in the forest. Raptors are lizards on 2 feet... :o

If you are talking about a one on one fight then a bear would probably win. Then again since you really can't stage a fight between a bear and anything, much less a dinosaur... you'd have to accept that they are in the wild. In that case a raptor would win, or rather a pack of raptors since it's widely believed that they traveled in hunting packs and swarmed their prey.

The raptors in Jurassic park aren't velociraptors and according to the wikipedia are modeled after their larger relatives if that has caused any confusion.

In any case, dinosaurs are just made up and never existed, just like scientology, the moon landing, and the JFK assassination.
