Yeah, it's spectacular when it's without the MMA rules. Then ground combat isn't allowed fighters will actually do spinning wheel kicks and stuff like that.

although ive considered taking some Muay Thai simply b/c it seems like itd be fun to learn and its quick strikes. and i rem bob sapp from somewhere i dont rem where but i do rem he was a truck...360lbs and hes ripped thats a massive SOB. he might have been in a strongest man compo a few years ago i dont rem
