New Logo

I think the logo can use an update and it should lose the WoW style since we are anything but 'just another new WoW guild'. :p And it doesn't even got the correct "`" character in the logo!

I'll upload our old logo which we used for a while during the EQ period and the new one I made based on that. If you want to fool around in Photoshop, upload your result to this thread and we can vote or whatever.

EDIT: Just made a few changes to it and uploaded a "newer" version.

I love the new one ! Looks more fantasy. We shoulda been a Horde guild ... Da`Kor to me just reads like "The Core" In Orcish. :)

Maybe use the old one when we're palying a sci-fi game and the new one when we're doing fantasy. :)

EDIT: seriously I like the green like we had in the old logo. It's neutral and kind of looks poisonous, toxic and whatnot so it feels like it fits with both fantasy and sci-fi games IMO, unlike a sword would.

I like the old-school green, and I really like bringing back the smart-ass random quotes beneath the logo. That was one of the best site upgrades we ever made.

I talked to Ogmuk about the quotes in IRC. Most of them were derived from in-game happenings, like drama that occured between us and Midnight Sojourn (Sweep Method). I say we keep with the tradition!

Think about dumb shit that people have done/said and use that - it's fun for all. Ogmuk should make a thread where people can post their suggestions, for the time being you can all enjoy my "Skipping Content..." quote. F Gms!
