Help with ebgames

I'm trying to cancel my preorder for AION, as school and 2 jobs arent going to allow me to play a game hardcore =/ but I've looked all over their site and cannot find anywhere that allows me to cancel the preorder. Does anyone have an suggestions or know where I need to go/look? Thanks

Send them an email (help@gamestop.com) and tell them you want to cancel your order. Include your order number and they should get back to you in 24 hours. EBgames/Gamestop customer service can be terrible, but worst case scenario is they ship the game and you have to return/trade it to a local EB/GS store.

If you received a Beta key, they will not let you cancel your pre-order. At least that's what it said in the fine print when I preordered it.

I ordered mine directly from NCSoft, played in the closed beta and was still able to cancel mine

I was able to cancel mines after I emailed gamestop, even thought I got a beta key.

i was able to cancel as well, took about 12 hours for them to respond to an email
