Temporarily Locked indicates that a server currently is full and that we for a short time need to halt character creation. Don't worry - as other servers fill up and the overall situation balances out, it may soon be unlocked. It is important for us that a few servers are not left overcrowded and others empty.

Please be sure to keep an eye on the front page for updates. We will try our best to keep everyone informed at what is going on during launch. It is almost certain that little obstacles will hinder a smooth transition into a game's launch.

It is also stated that NCSoft won't be keeping up with that webpage and updating their site in accordance to what will open up. So keep trying, and hopefully Azphel will open up a character slot.
