I've bought keys for D2 from the site and they worked fine. Not sure how they're cheaper than retail, but if you plug the key into the NCSoft you'd still be able to download the client via the launcher.

It'd be a slow download, but it saves you 15 bucks.

crap is being nice. I played for a year solid and pushed "end game"....well there isnt such a thing. granted they have put out some expansions but the pvp aspect of the game was just bad. not saying wows is any better but with server latency and them allowing screendraggers it isnt worth the money or time to invest. also since you would be starting now everyone and there mother has a twinked ranger around lvl 30 that will grief you forever in the lower zones and can kill full groups of 6 np
