Default Star Trek online

I hear that ppl have free trial codes for this game, I was wondering if anyone here had one as I would be interested in testing to see if i like the game! Or maybe if someone has their own review of this game or any other mmo that maybe able to occupy some of my free time :P

Crazy the game maybe fun for a week or so, but there is absolutulty no end game content, space battles where fun, ground combat is the worst in any MMO Ive played, you press buttons 1, 2, 3 and repeat. I enjoy the Star Trek Universe and I even paid for the the Lifetime subscription after playing beta for just 2 days because space combat was nothing that I have experieced it was like I was on the TV shows! I quickly canceled and got my money back after a few more days of playing. The only MMO I am looking forward to is now Starwars The Old Replubic which is stated for release Spring 2011.

Cryptic studios the develeoper of Startrek online brought out this game from a bankrupt company that was making it and it only took them 2 years to make, they're nickle and diming people for character slots, different playable races etc. Look at Champions it's their super hero MMO that just came out Sept. 09 and they havnt done anything with it.

If you still want to play try to find someone who brought the collector's edition, I think they have 10day free trial friend codes.

There is also Blizzard's unannounced MMO to look forward too. The last MMO they made was pretty good

SW:TOR in 2011 looks interesting. Hopefully there will be no IP fatigue (like with LotRO which I thought was a good PvE game). 8 Classes (4 per faction) seems really light though.
